We don't just build software. We run it.
The clearest proof of how we work is the software we ship for ourselves. These three products are designed, built, operated, and supported by CLVRD, which means we live with every decision we make. Client work gets the same treatment.
CLVRD Budget
A budget app for people who refuse to hand over their bank login.
Model

Platform
PWA · web, iOS, Android
Differentiator
No bank linking, ever
The problem
Mainstream budgeting apps require connecting a bank account through a third-party aggregator before they show a single number. A meaningful group of people abandons the signup at exactly that screen, and no major product served them. The brief we set ourselves: build a complete personal finance tracker that never touches a bank credential and never needs one.
Decisions that shaped it
The defining product decision was what not to build: there is no aggregator integration at all, so the app cannot leak what it never collects. Financial data is gated behind a password and optional PIN, cleared from the device on lock, and exportable to CSV at any time. The app ships as a progressive web app, so one codebase runs on iPhone, Android, and desktop.
What we built
Manual-entry transaction tracking designed to be fast enough that people actually keep it up
AI statement import that reads a PDF, CSV, Excel, OFX, or QFX statement and extracts accounts, recurring bills, and transactions without a live bank connection
An AI money coach layered on the user's own numbers: Money Weather, Safe-to-Spend, week-over-week trends, and a goal coach
Zero-based budgeting, debt and credit card management, savings goals, subscription detection, and net worth tracking
FollowThrough
A CRM built around the one thing small businesses actually drop: the follow-up.
Model

Platform
PWA · web, iOS, Android
Differentiator
Follow-up first, not admin first
The problem
Small businesses rarely lose deals on the first conversation. They lose them in the silence afterwards, because follow-up lives in someone's memory and memory fails exactly when things get busy. Big CRMs do not fix this; they get ignored. We built a system where the follow-up is the core object, not an afterthought.
Decisions that shaped it
We rejected the empty-grid CRM onboarding that kills adoption. New workspaces start from proven follow-up templates for common situations like missed calls, quote follow-ups, and win-backs. The product is deliberately opinionated: it tells you who to contact today rather than asking you to build reports about it.
What we built
Every contact carries an assigned next step, a due date, and an owner, so the day opens with an exact list of who to chase
Automated sequences for lifecycle emails, callbacks, and check-ins that fire on schedule
AI re-engagement drafting when a lead goes quiet, ready for human review and send
Pipeline tracking, campaigns from a verified sending domain, loyalty with QR check-ins, and team accountability views
FitOS
An operating layer for gyms that replaces five disconnected tools.
Model
$199 to $1,200+ per month · 14-day trial
Platform
Web workspace
Differentiator
Retention signals built into daily ops
The problem
A typical independent gym runs a membership spreadsheet, a separate check-in tool, paper waivers, a payment tracker, and a group chat where retention problems go to be forgotten. Each gap between those tools quietly loses members. We built the branded workspace that brings the daily operation into one system a front desk can actually run.
Decisions that shaped it
FitOS is priced and positioned as serious operational software, from $199 per month for single locations to enterprise rollouts from $1,200 per month. Every new workspace starts in about three minutes with sample data included, because we believe operators should evaluate a working gym, not an empty database.
What we built
A front-desk check-in flow that validates passes and attaches member context while the line keeps moving
Retention signals that watch visit streaks, expiring agreements, and failed payments, then queue the recovery play
Multi-location operations as a first-class concept: occupancy compared across sites, staff routines aligned, brand setup shared
Digital agreements tracked to expiry, memberships and passes with staff-visible status, and reporting by period
