What we collect
When you fill out our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the information you provide about your business or project. We also collect aggregated, anonymized usage data (such as which pages are visited and general traffic sources) through the analytics tools described below. We do not use this data to identify you personally, and we do not use third-party advertising cookies or retargeting pixels.
How we use it
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry and, if we work together, to manage your project. We do not sell your information to anyone. We do not add you to marketing lists without your explicit consent.
Email communications
If you contact us through the website, you will receive a confirmation email from no-reply@clvrd.com. We may follow up by email to discuss your project. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying to any email from us.
Third-party services
We use Resend to deliver transactional email (contact form confirmations and replies). We use Vercel to host this website and Vercel Analytics to measure aggregate site traffic. We use Google Tag Manager to manage site measurement tags. These services process data on servers located in the United States and have their own privacy policies which govern their handling of data.
Data retention
We retain inquiry and project communication records for as long as they are relevant to an active or recent client relationship. If you would like your data removed, email us at hello@clvrd.com and we will handle it within 7 business days.
Cookies and analytics
We use Vercel Analytics, a privacy-focused tool that measures page visits in aggregate without cookies or cross-site tracking, and Google Tag Manager to manage measurement tags on the site. Basic session and security cookies may also be set by our hosting infrastructure. We do not use Meta Pixel, advertising cookies, or cross-site behavioral tracking.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@clvrd.com.

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date below. Continued use of this website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
